About Ashley
A producer with deep experience in social-first storytelling and digital production, I bring strong creative agility, a sharp editorial eye, and a passion for creating content built for the way people watch today. My work spans television, social media, and digital platforms, with a focus on culture and entertainment.
My work has been recognized with a 2026 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Short Form Nonfiction or Reality Series for Colbert Before Air, a Peabody Award, 2025 and 2026 Webby People’s Voice Awards, and recognition from the Producers Guild of America.
As an Associate Producer at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, I led social-first creative from concept to final cut — often on tight turnarounds. Collaborating with A-list celebrities, musicians, politicians, newsmakers, and the host, I helped create digital originals that regularly reached 1M+ views. I managed all @colbertlateshow platforms, overseeing verticalization, editing, captioning, and social copy for broadcast clips adapted for social — identifying key moments that drove tune-in and grew the audience. My work also included live red carpet coverage and interviews at the Tony Awards, Grammy Awards, and Golden Globe Awards.
Joining The Late Show in 2017, I grew with the show, working across multiple departments and expanding my creative scope from production to social strategy and digital storytelling. Since the show wrapped in May 2026, I’ve continued creating content and collaborating with talent and brands including Lizzo, Bon Jovi, Chili’s, Armani Beauty, and Hello Sunshine.
Outside of work, you can find me walking through Central Park, listening to music, taking a dance class, planning a dinner party or movie night, or chasing sunsets. I’m currently focused on new opportunities in social-first storytelling, and am always open to collaborating on impactful creative work. Let’s connect!
